Confidentiality, Ethics, and Respect

The massage and bodywork profession has a code of ethics and respects clients' rights of confidentiality. All client notes, conversations, and identifying information are held in confidence. In the event that information about a client needs to be shared with another party, the client will be asked to sign a consent to release information.

Solace Massage Therapy & Wellness offers non-sexual, therapeutic massage and bodywork. Sexual behavior by a client toward the therapist will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session with payment due in full.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered. Cash or personal checks are welcome, but credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Timeliness is expected and appreciated. For your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a health history form. If you are late for any appointment you will not receive a full session, but will be responsible for paying for the full session booked.

Exclusive of illness or emergency, if you need to cancel your appointment please give a minimum of 24 hours notice or you will be charged in full for the missed session.
