Live Stream Yoga Classes

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the current closure of my massage therapy practice, I am offering several weekly yoga classes via Zoom.  This is in part a way for me to serve my community by offering structured time for self-awareness and guided movement and a way for me to support my family. 


YOU MUST PREREGISTER to receive class links!   You can receive registration links and information about classes from me via email (join my list at the link above).   Classes are $10 per person / $20 maximum per household, if you have the means, payable to me via Venmo @Jennifer-Brennan-51 or Paypal jmkbrennan@gmail.com.  


New students must sign and submit this waiver.



Schedule


Mondays, 8-9 pm EST, Gentle Yoga for Sweet Slumber

This class combines gentle movement and restorative yoga poses to invite restful sleep.  Students are encouraged to have yoga blocks (or 2 books of equal size to use as blocks), blankets or bath towels, a chair or footstool, and a bed pillow or two for class.  


Wednesdays, 1-2 pm EST, Mid-Day, Mid-Week Gentle Yoga Flow 

This class offers therapeutic exercises and well-aligned poses at a moderate pace to both uplift and relax.  Bring yoga blocks (or 2 books of equal size to use as blocks), a yoga strap or belt, and a blanket or towel.  


Thursdays, 1-2 pm EST, Gentle Yoga Flow

This class offers therapeutic exercises and well-aligned poses at a moderate pace to both uplift and relax.  Bring yoga blocks (or 2 books of equal size to use as blocks), a yoga strap or belt, and a blanket or towel.  

Saturdays, 10-11 am EST, Saturday Morning Gentle Yoga Flow

This class offers therapeutic exercises and well-aligned poses at a moderate pace to both uplift and relax.  Bring yoga blocks (or 2 books of equal size to use as blocks), a yoga strap or belt, and a blanket or towel.
