My daughter found Jennifer on the Internet and chose her practice because it was close to where we live. But I'm certain we were led to Jennifer. I am 98 years old and never expected I could feel so well ... especially after a massage. Jennifer has a most healing touch and her kindness and serenity warm my heart, too. Treat your older family members to a massage with Jennifer. You all will be glad you did! (as dictated to my daughter, who is typing it in.)

The massage was a unique and savored experience! I felt WONDERFUL afterwards, but I certainly didn't expect any instant benefits. What a relief it is NOT to feel that back pain off and on during the day! Whatever you did, Jennifer, was a real gift that more than worked!

I'd been through months of very painful physical therapy for frozen shoulder, and had to take medications nightly. In just a few sessions with Jennifer, 2, perhaps, I was off the meds and feeling alive again. She has continued to be there for me with various injuries since then and I'm very blessed to be in her circle of healing.

For 10 years I have lived with shoulder pain from a fall. I have seen my family doctor, a back surgeon and too much physical therapy. For ten years I couldn't have anything touch my shoulder but now I can sleep on that shoulder. It's a miracle, thank you Jennifer

For the last decade (and before meeting Jennifer), I used to get a massage once or twice a year. After having met Jennifer a year ago, I am hooked on her holistic massage technique. I've been a monthly client ever since. Jennifer has an amazing ability to see through my chronic lower back pain to heal body and mind. Having had massages my entire life, I can honestly say that Jennifer is the best!

I have a job where I sadly must sit most of the day. Jennifer has given me some tools to use to better take care of myself and recognize when it is time to get up and walk around. In addition, as I move from taking care of my children to better taking care of myself, I have learned how to better listen to my body and respect what it is telling me. Thanks Jennifer

This is the second year in a row that Jennifer has contributed to my success at Marine Corps Marathon. Last year I suffered from all kinds of leg aches and pains along the way and her personal experience as a runner as well as her golden hands helped me recover from long runs and the race much faster than I ever thought possible. This year, I came in more experienced, ready to withstand the tough spots, but again, she helped me over the humps and ready to run and stick to my training. I had a massage yesterday, one day after my race. I came in wincing on sore feet and with shoulders up to my ears. Today I am a new woman. I feel ready to run again. She has a wonderful gift, and I am so thankful to have found her!

Jennifer's strength as a massage therapist is in her listening. She listens with her ears as you share what part of your body is sore, strained, or tight. She listens with her heart if you share what part of your life is challenged, or celebratory; as your emotions are held within the body. She listens with her hands to understand what your body is telling her at the physical level. And finally, she listens with her intuition to understand how to proceed with the overall session of body work. My path to Jennifer took 7 years and 6 therapists; but it was well worth the journey to do so!

I have become a regular client at Solace for treatment of various leg ailments that come with being a long-time distance runner. I have seen physicians for these issues; however, Jen is the only one who has been able to make a difference in my ability to recover from these injuries and run without pain. Her professionalism, intelligence, and patience are on display during each visit. I trust her completely to listen to what hurts and to adapt her treatment accordingly. I highly recommend Jen, and in fact, have done so to numerous friends.

I have had massages before and left feeling more tense, tight and hurting, not at all what you want from a good massage session. Not true with Jennifer, she really listened to what I needed, the type of pressure I liked, the area of my body that needed special attention. We talked about what might be causing my pain and what she could do to help. The end result was the most relaxing, tension free, restorative experience- over a week later I am still feeling the good results of her kneading! Thank you Jennifer. I'll be coming back!

After only one massage with Jennifer, the pain I was experiencing in my legs was released. Thank you Jennifer! I highly recommend her for anyone who wants a relaxing and healing massage.

Jennifer's massages are amazing as is her gentleness and kindness. She has helped me immensely with decreasing knee pain from osteoarthritis. I would highly recommend her!

Jennifer's massages were the single most important thing that I did to take care of myself during my recent pregnancy. Every week, I came in frazzled, cranky and stiff, and left feeling blissed out, renewed, and Earth-Mothery. After Luca's birth, I treated myself to a post partum massage, and it was absolutely heavenly. I felt so restored! I can't say enough good things about Jennifer!

I can't say enough good things about the therapeutic care I get when I get a massage from Jen. Her intuition and deeply rooted energy core guide her to find and unlock discomfort like no other therapist I've experienced. Her massages are rejuvenating, cathartic and loving, and I would highly recommend anyone to partake.
