Jennifer K. Brennan, MS, LMT, RYT-200

Prior to graduating from the Potomac Massage Training Institute, I received my M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University in Maryland and worked for 12 years in mental health and wellness education.

When I am not managing my business, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, dreaming of my next grand travel adventure, spending time with friends and family, salsa dancing, and savoring moments of zen on my yoga mat.

I have a deep respect for the need to balance activity with rest to allow the body time to heal and return to wellness. Massage therapy and yoga are two of the many ways I help clients deepen their awareness of their bodies and maintain optimal health.  I value building strong relationships with my clients so that I understand their needs and goals not only from a physical perspective, but from mental, emotional, and spiritual perspectives as well.  I treat and teach from a place of heartfelt presence.

In addition to providing clinically sound bodywork and yoga lessons, I empower clients to take an active role in their healing process by offering supportive self-care strategies, alterations to daily activities, and tips to allow personal growth and well-being to flourish~during our sessions together and beyond.  This personal touch is why I've retained loyal clientele since opening my practice in 2008!

I am licensed to practice massage in Maryland and am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  I have been certified in pregnancy and postpartum massage since 2009 and am honored to support women through the many changes, both subtle and dramatic, that go hand-in-hand with becoming a mother.  In May 2011, I journeyed to Indonesia to study Traditional Balinese Massage in Ubud, Bali.  I am certified to practice Integrative Reflexology┬« (2017). I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and a certified Reiki practitioner.
