I fell in love with yoga in 2009 and it quickly became part of my self-care routine.  Raising children and growing a business often leaves me frazzled, but on my mat I find peace, focus, and perseverance to carry on. For me, yoga is an opportunity to connect deeply with my body, to observe my emotions, to breathe, and to build strength and flexibility.   I take the lessons I learn in my yoga practice off the mat and into my daily life.  

In 2015, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training.  I now offer private yoga sessions to people interested in exploring the benefits of yoga in a safe, accessible manner.  My teaching interests including working with beginners, teens, athletes, or those looking to revitalize a stagnant yoga practice.  I also enjoy teaching restorative yoga, mindfulness practices, and breathing exercises to help reduce stress and anxiety. 

Sessions are catered specifically to your ability, needs, and goals~without the intimidation that some people experience in group yoga classes.  A yoga session with me offers you one-on-one attention, props and modifications to aid in proper alignment and comfort, mindful hands-on assists, and physical, mental, and emotional support~just for you!
